The Coach
Sent in when a broccoli head hogs a machine. It works about 7 times out of 10.

Your gym grows. So do your problems.
You buy a damp cellar and try to turn it into a real gym. The machines break down, the members hog them, the influencers film everything. Good luck.
Isometric view, toy-like look, chibi characters. Every chapter is a new gym with its own headaches.
Machines wear out and die, electricity isn't cheap, staff want their pay and members expect something for their money. Drop below -$1,000 and you're bankrupt. If you'd rather take it easy, there's a sandbox mode.
Broccoli heads park themselves on a machine for up to an hour to answer one text. The Old Iron Guy has been judging everyone since 1989. You get to send in the coach.
Three meters follow you from chapter to chapter: Hype, Credibility, Atmosphere. Reshare a shady influencer and your hype shoots up, but your credibility remembers.
A narrator on the gym's PA. She comments on everything, especially the things you hoped she'd miss.
Your gym's social network, on the manager's phone: fake followers, dodgy influencers and a reply to write. Try it.
@FitGourou_12k tagged you. 12,000 followers, 9,000 of them dodgy. He wants to film in your gym.
What do you do?
The meter values come straight from the game. The tag is made up for this demo.
Staff doing their best, and members who aren't all here for the workout.

She's seen worse than your cellar. And she'll tell you.

The shine is his doing. The stickiness is yours.

A clipboard, a stern look. Making friends isn't part of the job.

Without her the gym doesn't open. It's in the rules.

She actually comes to work out. She's in a very small minority.
Ten machines for chapter 2, built in Blender, each in three states: Classic, Modern, Rusty. Here are five.

Two gyms to start, each with its own look and its own problem.

Brick, green tile, pipes and a bit of neon. The machines are second-hand, the coach is exhausted, the reviews and the bills keep coming. Your job: turn it into a real gym.

A 90s neighbourhood gym, bought along with its 120 regulars. Hype brings in new people, and the newcomers annoy the ones who were there first. You get ten new machines, house rules and Pumpfeed, which will make you regret some of your replies.
These dates are targets. If we have to slip to ship a better game, we'll say so here.
Add the game to your wishlist. It helps us more than anything else.
Try the Cellar before you buy.

We've been at this for months: the chapter 2 map, its ten machines and their animations in Blender, then the assembly in Unity. There's generative AI in the starting concepts, the posters, the characters, the narrator's voice and the music. The jokes are about behaviours. No real names, no real brands.
